This group of Islands attracts swell most of the year with the Most consistent season March to November. Waves vary from 2 to 15 feet we have waves for surfers needs from Novice to Pro surf. The "Star Koat " is a traditional wooden boat from Sibolga Port, a well recongnised port for its quality and experience in boats construction in West Sumatra, Indonesia.

This year we proudly present our new highclass boat Moon Palikir. It´s a big fiberglass vessel for 12 Pax. Probably the best bet for your surf trip on the Mentawaiis! Our partnership with SumberTecnik, one of the largest companies specializing in mechanical systems for vessels in general, ensure the maintenance and security of our equipment.

One of the newest boats operating in the Mentawais. The Peluru (Indonesian word for "Bullet") was specifically designed for surf charters and was just launched in 2011. All inclusive pricing includes: 3+ delicious meals per day, plenty of beer, snacks, food and all airport transfers. This vessel is the perfect fit for a small group of friends who take their surfing holiday seriously.

“Samudra Biru” means “Blue Ocean” and is one of the nicest catamarans operating in the Mentawai Islands. With its hyperlight design and a draft of only 3 feet, powered by twin 420hp Cummins diesel engines, it´s one of the fastest surf charter vessels plying these wave-rich waters. She has a top speed of 15 knots, with an average daytime cruising speed of 10-12 knots depending on conditions & a nighttime cruising speed of 8-10 knots (for safety). Samudra Biru's catamaran hull design provides stability at sea & eliminates rock and roll at anchor.
